FAQ

How Do I Sign Up For HP Fan Tours’ The Fantastical Tour?

Making your reservation is easy. Just click on our reservation page and then follow the instructions through our secure website. If you don’t want to pay your deposit online, you are welcome call us within three business days to provide your credit card details. (Your deposit payment is required to confirm a reservation). If you prefer to pay by check, you can print our tour application and sign up by mail or fax. We cannot accept credit card information via email. Please be sure to read our Tour Terms and Conditions for complete details regarding tour deposits, payments and refunds. Guests are required to obtain travel insurance and provide their travel insurance details to White Rabbit Entertainment. International airfare is not included in the tour pricing.

How should my tour payments be made?

We require just two payments for your tour:  your initial followed by the remaining balance in a single payment due at least 60 days before your tour’s departure date. The deposit to reserve your space for The Fantastical Tour is just $350. The deposit for the Highlands Extension is just $150.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express (please do not email credit card information).

We also accept personal checks, bank drafts or money orders made payable to “White Rabbit Entertainment, LLC” (with HP Fan Tours noted in the subject/memo line) in US dollars (personal checks must be written on a US bank account). If you sign up for a tour within 60 days of its departure, the entire amount must be paid at that time, and the deposit portion is non-refundable.

Travel Document Requirements:

U.S. citizens will need a passport which will remain valid for 6 months after your return to the United States. US citizens do not need a visa for entry into Great Britain. Non-U.S. citizens should contact the British embassy or consulate to determine if visas are required for entry into Great Britain.

Personal Expenses:

Personal Expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry, airline excess luggage charges, and other optional incidental extras are not included and may be significant. We suggest you travel with a credit card and charge your expenses rather than traveling with a lot of cash. You may exchange your American $$ for British pounds upon arrival at the airport.

Gratuities Note:

Tour Guide Gratuities – The customary gratuity to your Tour Guide is not included. Such gratuities should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis and not as a group. Tour Directors work long and hard to ensure that your trip runs as seamlessly as possible. Not only are they problem solvers but they are professionally trained, often working 8-12 hours a day to help make your tour all that it can be. Gratuities are paid on the last day of the tour to the guide directly.
